How long can I expect to wait to receive a book or article from Interlibrary Loan?

Answer

Books requested through Interlibrary Loan (ILL) are usually delivered to the library within one to two weeks. Be aware that the Kares Library has no control over the actual delivery date provided by the lending library. Additionally, due dates are determined by the lending library.

Articles are delivered as a PDF file to the requestor's email address usually within 1 to 4 business days.
