How do I request an item through Interlibrary Loan?

Answer

If the library doesn't have access to an item you need, you can request that we borrow it from another library using our Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service. This service is available to students and employees of Athens State.  

You can also make ILL requests for individual articles while searching our EBSCO databases by clicking on "Request through interlibrary loan". This option is usually located below the article title.

Renewal requests for books borrowed through ILL must be made through the ILL office (256-216-6662 or ILL@athens.edu.) The lending library determines renewals for Interlibrary Loan materials.
