How do I find primary sources?
Answer
Primary sources are original materials created or produced at the time of a historical event occurred. They are first-hand accounts of an event or topic by a person witnessing or participating. Secondary sources are second-hand information written or created after the event.
Primary sources can vary by discipline and are considered original sources of information. Examples are diaries, interviews, journals, letters, manuscripts, etc.
The following library databases contain online primary sources:

- History Reference Center
